This week, we had a simple meeting, to rearrange the position for director and producer, after discussion, I was assigned the role of producer. I first came out a simple timeline, so that we can focus on completing this week's task before moving on the next, then we all start working according to the new timeline.

Now the first stage of 3D previs is done, we move on to completing our concept art, as we need to finalize our artbook in a week. When our 3D modeler is continuing her character modeling and retopo, one of our groupmate is mainly in charge of the artbook, including the design, typography and composition. For the others will be doing the concept art, including 2nd piece of key art, refining props and environment sheets.
Key Art 2
For the second key art is same with the same step, I set up a camera in Maya with 3D models and character pose, then give it to my groupmate to do the line art. Having the line art, I let our lecturer to check with it, after amend, I start rendering the colors. The 2nd key art is the same shot with one of our color script, so I put the color mood according to that with more details. After finishing, I submitted the key art to our lecturer for review, and it was approved. After all concept art are done, we pass it to our groupmate to finalize our artbook.

Challenges Faced
The workload for our groupmates is a bit unbalance as one of our groupmate is currently have a lighter workload for now as their work is already done earlier for the character sheets, and they have some questions for their texturing part that's for later, of the texture size and settings in Maya and Substance Painter.
Solution
Another groupmate is doing their environment sheets rendering which is a heavier workload, so we pass some of the props rendering to the groupmate who currently have more availability. During class, we also ask questions about the texturing to our lecturer, to let ourself prepare for the upcoming tasks.
What's Next?
After we finish all our concept art and artbook, we will move on to finalizing our 3D character model and texturing for our turntable.
